The service

Takenly is a personal record-keeping tool for supplements and medications, offered free of charge as a public beta. It is provided “as is”, without any warranty. Features may change, break or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed.

Not medical advice

The app does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified health professional. Do not start, stop, delay or alter any prescribed medication because of anything shown in this app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.

Your responsibilities

• Use the app for your own personal records only.
• Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Enter accurate information — the app can only work with what you record.
• Do not attempt to access other people's data, or to overload or misuse the service.

Fair use of AI features

AI features are subject to daily per-account limits and an overall daily ceiling during the beta. When a limit is reached, the AI feature is unavailable until the limit resets; the rest of the app continues to work.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the app, from AI output, or from data loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.

Ending your use

You may stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
