Everything in this app — including calculated summaries, ingredient information, patterns and AI-generated text — is for general information and personal record-keeping. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not medical advice.
AI is used to read label photographs, suggest what a product may contain, and to summarise, order and group findings the app has already calculated from your own records. AI can misread a label, miss an ingredient or phrase something misleadingly. Always check AI output against the physical product and the information supplied with it.
Where the app notes that something you recorded appears alongside something you wrote in a note, that is an association in your own records. It does not show that one caused the other.
Do not start, stop, skip, delay or change the dose of any prescribed medication because of anything you see here. Speak to your doctor or pharmacist first. If you feel unwell or think you may be having a reaction, seek medical care immediately.
The app draws on a limited set of curated reference sources. The absence of a warning does not mean a combination is safe — it may simply mean the app has no information about it.
